Brad Pitt, Angeline Jolie: George Clooney Shocked; Marrion Cotilliard Denies Involvement

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s divorce came as a shock, even to their longtime friend George Clooney whose discovery of the news was caught on video.

The actor attended a roundtable meeting of the Leaders Summit of Refugees at the United Nations General Assembly with President Obama. On the way out, a CNN reporter asked Clooney what his thoughts are since he is “friends with both of them.” Clooney, not comprehending the question, asked what the reporter meant.

After hearing the news, Clooney said, “I didn’t know that. I feel very sorry, then.” He admits it is the first time he has heard the news, according to Cosmopolitan.com.

Brad Pitt and Angeline Jolie Divorce

After twelve years and six kids, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s relationship has come to an end. There had been many speculations on what caused Jolie to file a divorce on Sept. 15. “Irreconcilable differences” reportedly caused the divorce. As more rumors and reports on what caused the break up surface, the uglier the situation seems to become.

One of the rumors is that Pitt is having an affair with Allied co-star Marion Cotillard. The French actress released a statement on her Instagram account and denied any involvement with the couple’s split. She wants to be excluded in their narrative, as she herself has her own family, and another baby to come.

Another is allegations of the actor’s substance abuse. Rumors also claim that the couple has been constantly fighting and that Pitt would fly to France whenever an argument happens.

The most recent reveals is that Brad Pitt got wasted in their flight where he allegedly went wild, screamed and got physical with the kids, as reported by TMZ. Someone anonymously contacted L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services to report the incident. The event is still under investigation as of now.
