Johnny Depp, Vanessa Paradis Back Together? ‘Pirates of the Caribbean 5’ Actor Receives Support From Ex-Partner

Johnny Depp, Vanessa Paradis, back together

In a span of a year, things have taken a 180-degree turn for Hollywood star Johnny Depp. After his controversial divorce with Amber Heard, the actor looks thin and seems inclined to make drastic moves. Meantime, ex-partner Vanessa Paradis has been lending full support, making many speculate if they are back together.

Paradis has been worried that Depp’s health would spiral out of control. Now that the actor has made hist initial public appearance following a turbulent marriage and divorce proceedings with Heard, he looks noticeably thin.  Speculations on whether Paradis may be getting back together with Depp in a romantic sense have been debunked, though. Both celebrities have moved on with their respective lives long ago.

Nonetheless, the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales actor and the French singer-actress evidently have a bond that time and circumstances have not broken. At the height of Johnny Depp’s divorce shocker with Amber Heard, Vanessa Paradis was in the wings, ready to support the father of her two children, Lily-Rose and John. They were back together only in that sense.

Paradis and Depp had an amicable separation in 2012. Paradis came to the defense of Depp at a low point in his personal life. Lily-Rose Depp, for her part, once stated that her father is the most loving, sweetest person she knows. Around middle of this year, the 17-year-old actress even visited her dad in a private island in the Bahamas.

That was also a time when Vanessa Paradis had been worried sick on Depp’s health. She got back together with him even if they were miles away, and urged him to “surround himself with supportive people.”  To date, Depp seemed to have achieved a semblance of normalcy. He did make a career move that some quarters thought was rash decision-making. Depp recently severed formal ties with United Talent Agency and switched to the rival firm.
