When Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie filed for divorce, they should have known that they would have to decide on the custody of the kids, too. While Jolie is pushing for full custody of the six kids, this might prove difficult, as two of their kids specifically asked to be with their dad.
Pax, 12, and Shiloh, 10, has apparently expressed recently that they want to stay with their father, Brad Pitt, now that their parents are going to be living separate lives. A source claimed that the two have always been better in sync with Pitt emotionally.
If this turns out to be true, then Angelina Jolie is going to have a hard time fighting for full custody, because if she cannot respect the children’s already stated wishes, then she cannot absolutely claim to want what is best for the kids.
The former Hollywood couple had six kids, all of which are temporarily staying now in a Malibu home under Jolie’s wing. This is pending an investigation conducted by the FBI and the LA County DCFS, regarding allegations of child abuse against Pitt.
Currently, the father and Allied star has visitation rights. However, if the authorities find any solid evidence of child abuse, verbal or physical, then he could lose those visitation rights, too.
There were also reports going on that Jolie is pushing for full custody because if she did not, then the children would end in a foster home as orphans. Supposedly, there were social workers who approached Jolie and said that, were there any hints of danger for the children like child abuse, then Social Services will take them.
Gossip Cop tried to debunk the issue. However, they have not cited specific sources and just said that the debunking came from a “source close to Jolie.”
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have six kids. While Pax and Shiloh has expressed their desire to stay with their father, Maddox said that he wants to say with Jolie. No words were heard yet from Vivienne, Knox, and Zahara regarding the custody.
