‘Gilmore Girls’ Revival: 4 Things That You Should Not Miss

The mother-and-daughter duo of Lorelai and Rory, and the rest of the quirky people of Stars Hollow, are back and fans are more than excited to binge watch all four nostalgic episodes of Gilmore Girls Revival: A Year in the Life.

All four episodes that will be released by Netflix simultaneously will feature all four seasons of the year in the life of Rory and Lorelai and everyone in Stars Hollow. Each episode is also aptly titled with Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. Before hibernating under the sheets and binge watching all the episodes of Gilmore Girls Revival, here are four things you must know.

GILMORE GIRLS REVIVAL: A REUNION THANKS TO FANS

Who would have thought the Gilmore Girls will be back? But thanks to the fans’ support, the show is brought back to life by Netflix. Also, Sherman-Palladino, the mastermind of the series, is back to finally end the series from her own voice and vision.

Everyone else from the original cast will be back as well. All except the Gilmore patriarch Richard as the late Edward Herrmann had passed away on 2014. But his presence will remain as he will be rightfully remembered in Gilmore Girls Revival.

THE STATUS OF LORELAI AND LUKE

The on-and-off cycle of Lorelai and Luke is not new to Gilmore Girls. But what will be their final status in the Revival?

The trailer of Gilmore Girls Revival showed us that they are still together, but it seems like they are not as happy as fans want them to be. Even Lorelai herself was seen having doubts.

At the end of the day, their happiness is what matters. Whether that means they will find it together or separately will be up to the two to decide.

RORY’S CAREER AND THE THREE TEAMS

Our smart and introverted Rory is back in Stars Hollow after her soul-searching in the world. Career-wise, it seems like she is not happy with where she is currently. In the Gilmore Girls Revival, she was seen complaining to Jess how she has no job, no credit and no underwear. To which Jess reassures her that she is still “a contender.”

Speaking of Jess, all the guys from Rory’s past is back. Now it is time to bet again whether you are Team Jess, Team Logan or Team Dean.

FINALLY, THE LAST FOUR WORDS WILL BE REVEALED

Sherman-Palladino has teased that this time, the final four words will be revealed. Previously, she had confessed that she knew the whole trajectory for Gilmore Girl’s story; starting from the very beginning to the very last four words. However, she was not present for the final season of Gilmore Girls, thus, fans will get their closure with the final four words this time.

Or will they really?
