After news of the shocking split of Hollywood A-list couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt broke out, the Maleficent actress lost no time in house hunting. Recently, she settled into the affluent area of Hidden Hills with the kids. Her $30,000 a month rented property at the equestrian-oriented gated community is a sprawling 1.14-acre estate with all the trappings of luxury.
The expansive home in Hidden Hills, which has become home to Hollywood’s rich and famous personages, readily got Jolie’s nod of approval. It is secure enough, which is crucial for both the actress and the six kids. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have stated they want to put their the children first before anything else.
The Hidden Hills mansion is owned by former Bond girl Denise Richards. The price of the property has dropped to $6.895 million from the $7.749 selling price in mid-2015 after an extensive makeover, Yahoo reported.
The two-storey mansion has two pools with cascading water features. There is a grotto, beach entry, a custom-built 800-square-foot cabana, manicured lawns, and an outdoor kitchen. While the outdoor area is breathtakingly beautiful with mountain views, the interiors are just as impressive.
Though her six children — Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and the twins Vivienne and Knox have yet to appreciate wine, the new dwelling place has a wine-tasting room. Aside from that, there is a gourmet kitchen, fireplace, a big television and music area, and a dog hotel.
Earlier this year, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt moved to a lovely estate in Surrey, England, while Brad was filming the sequel to World War Z. It has been a taxing time for the family. Brad even became a victim of a malicious death hoax that startled fans.
Hidden Hills is known as the Los Angeles enclave of the likes of Miley Cyrus, Drake, the Kardashians, Melissa Etheridge, and lots of other high-profile celebrities. Most of the luxury homes have been remodelled, sold, or rented out to other famous actors, actresses or musicians.
Indeed, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt news shows no signs of abating, especially now that their respective crisis PR squads and lawyers have gone high gear. Angie previously found sanctuary in Malibu.
