Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie is only a month away. As the premiere gets closer, fans are graced with more and more visual treats from the movie.
For Potterheads or not, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is a highly-anticipated movie for this year. The chance to see more of the expansion of the Wizarding World leaves moviegoers in anticipation.
Weeks before the movie’s premiere, three TV spots are released, as per Flickering Myth (blog).
The latest mayhem-filled footage shows the creatures wreaking havoc in the streets of 1920s Manhattan. Joined by No-Maj Jacob Kowalski (Dan Fogler) and MACUSA employee Tina Goldstein (Katherine Waterston), Magizoologist Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) is on a quest to corral the creatures back before more damage is done.
Danger lurks when the Wizarding Community is in peril under the hands of the No-Maj society.
Adding to the ensemble cast is Colin Farrell who plays the ruthless wizard Percival Graves who will stop at nothing to track down Newt.
The Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie is J.K. Rowling’s debut as a screenplay writer. The author of the bestselling Harry Potter series expands the Wizarding World by creating a stand alone movie as a reboot of the famous franchise. The story originated from a book that Hogwarts students are required to read in their first year.
With the direction of David Yates who worked with four out of eight films from the franchise, fans are satisfied with what they see from clips and teasers so far.
Along with the TV spots and new movie posters, advertising to hype the film up includes Daydream, Google’s smartphone and virtual reality headset with features about the film and the phone working as a wand.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie will unleash the beasties on the big screens on November 18, 2016.
