As the premiere of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them draws near, nine magical character posters reveal who is who among the wizards and the no-majs.
A total of nine versions of the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie poster have been revealed, giving everyone a brief introduction as to who Newt Scamander is along with his fellow wizards and witches, including a few no-majs and creatures.
The nine posters feature the movie’s main faces and their backgrounds give everyone clues as to who their character is beyond the name. Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne)’s poster for instance, has piles of books and scrolls indicating what his occupation of a magizoologist is about. Porpentina Goldstein (Katherine Waterston)’s poster background has a meter that measures the threat levels in magical exposure as she is an auror for the Magical Congress of the United States of America or MACUSA.
Other versions of the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie poster are of Queenie Goldstein (Alison Sudol), who is a Legilimens a.k.a a mind-reader and no-maj Jacob Kowalski (Dan Fogler). It also includes MACUSA President Seraphina Picquery (Carmen Ejogo), Director of Magical Security Percival Graves (Colin Farrell) and Harlem speakeasy goblin owner and gangster Gnarlak (Ron Perlman).
Even the supposed antagonists have their versions of the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie poster as well. No-majs Mary Lou Barebone (Samantha Morton) and Credence Barebone (Ezra Miller) are in it as well. Credence and Mary Lou are part of the Second Salemers, an organization that is determined to call out and destroy the witches and wizards among them.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them premieres on November 18, 2016. It also stars Jon Voight, Josh Cowdery, Faith Wood-Blagrove, Jenn Murray, Gemma Chan, George Najsarek and Zoe Kravitz.
