Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life trailer is finally here. After nine years, we are phenomenally transported back to the world of the Gilmore girls and Stars Hollow.
As one settles and is tied down, another one sets off to the world. How far off are Rory (Alexis Bledel) and Lorelai (Lauren Graham) from where they started?
The beautifully shot Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life trailer, with Carole King’s Where You Lead song in the background, gave us a glimpse of what has happened to the beloved citizens of Stars Hollow ever since they said goodbye in 2007 with their last episode titled Bon Voyage.
In the clip, she is seen saying, while sounding like she is convincing herself at the same time, that she and Luke are happy.
Meanwhile, Rory is traveling the world – from London to New York. Has she found herself along the way?
Back in her hometown in Connecticut, Rory confides to Jess (Milo Ventigmilia) about her how she feels so lost.
“I have no job. I have no credit. I have no underwear,” Rory says where Jess reassures her she is still a “contender.”
We also get an insight on how Emily (Kelly Bishop) is doing after she lost her husband Richard (Edward Herrmann) who she memorializes by having a large portrait of him that fills the whole wall in their mansion as seen in the Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life trailer.
The four 90-minute episodes of Gilmore Girls revival will feature a year in the life of the girls, with each title named after the season Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.
All episodes of the revival will simultaneously air on Nov. 25 on Netflix.
