Meghan King Edmonds revealed in the finale of Real Housewives of Orange County that she will not raise her daughter in California. Shockingly, her co-stars are to blame for her decision as the mom-to-be believes they will not set a good example for her child.
The toxic environment she has experienced firsthand in Real Housewives of Orange County made Meghan decide not to raise her daughter with her husband Jim in California. In an interview, Meghan says she has seen a lot that she did not like this year. She also feels like the other Housewives are “really going too far.”
As mothers only want the best for their children, Meghan King Edmonds decides to keep her child away from the negative environment she has been exposed to in the show. She adds that she does not know if she wants “to be around that” if it is the “kind of example” her bundle of joy “has to look forward to in the O.C.”
Currently, Meghan is in St. Louis for her third baby shower where she is also expected to give birth.
Meghan’s concerns as a mother are rightfully justified. The reality show Real Housewives of Orange County has always been “pretty brutal,” as Heather Dubrow describes it, and it might not be the kind of environment Meghan wants her child to grow up to.
In their reunion, Heather revealed that while some are using the opportunity to make amends, apologize and move forward, there are still others who refuse to back down. She confirms that this year, some of them are still out to continue hurting other people.
Heather herself has blurted out about quitting the show during the brutal argument of the Housewives in the infamous sushi party. The drama does not end there though as there will be more to unfold in the reunion.
Join Meghan King Edmonds, Heather Dubrow, Kelly Dodd, Shannon Beador, Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson in the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion in the three-part special airing from Nov. 7, Nov. 14 and Nov. 21.
