Tom Clancy’s ‘The Division’ Survival DLC Comes With Patch 1.5; Adds New PVP Map

Tom Clancy’s The Division Survival DLC was released last Nov. 22. According to some reviews, the update of DLC will come along with patch 1.5. The much-awaited DLC update will be available to PC and Xbox One.

The game was released earlier this year for several game consoles and Windows PC, but it came with bugs and glitches that so many players left the game in a few months time. The Survival DLC and the patch will attempt to address these issues.

The developers of Tom Clancy’s The Division Survival DLC created a Public Test Server prior to the announcement. The said server allowed the gamers to play and further test the stability of the DLC. So far, the said update looks promising to those who have been waiting for it since patch 1.4.

Tom Clancy’s The Division is an online game developed and published by Ubisoft. According to game reviews, the storyline of the game is great as its graphics are top-notch. However, the developers might have messed up with its PvP system with the previous version.

New Map for The Division, “The Dark Zone”

Still, the updated DLC will bring a new kind of experience to the gamers. It adds an area called “The Dark Zone,” which is a PVP map that will challenge even the most seasoned players.

The official trailer of the Survival DLC also showed that the player must survive hunger, thirst, diseases, cold nights and the hunt. According to some game experts, the update will introduce new sets of weapons and gears to the players; however, the full information about these has not been released yet.

Tom Clancy’s The Division was first released in March 2016 to wide critical acclaim. It is the latest in the series of games inspired by themes that the famous novelist is known for, including espionage, pandemics, and global warfare.
