Betty White is going to have her hands full these coming months as the iconic actress has a couple of shows to star in line. One of which is Young and Hungry.
Aside from a guest spot where Betty White will reprise her role as Dr. Beth Mayer in Bones, the 94-year-old actress will also star in Crowded and SpongeBob Square Pants.
Betty White proves that she is still one of the celebrated actresses in Hollywood up to this tie as she bags another Emmy nomination for her role in Hot in Cleveland.
The actress already has seven Emmy awards on her sleeves. Her latest Emmy award was from hosting Saturday Night Live where she got the accolade for Guest Actress in a Comedy Series. That episode also became the highest-rated in the history of SNL.
Betty White’s Role in Young and Hungry
Next on Betty White’s acting itinerary is Young and Hungry which is on its fifth season on Freeform. Betty will play the role of Ms. Wilson.
Ms. Wilson is going to be the neighbor of Gabi who will give her some advice, albeit reluctantly, on what Gabi should do next. Gabi is torn after a misunderstanding with Josh that left her unsure on what to do.
Young and Hungry surrounds the story of Gabi, played by Emily Osment, who is feisty and young food blogger who is hired by the rich entrepreneur Josh, played by Jonathan Sadowski, as a personal chef.
Young and Hungry Indeed – 94-year-old Actress Still Open for Love
Who said love has an age limit?
Betty White is definitely not closing her doors when it comes to love. There is only one hitch though – nobody asks her out, Betty says. She also acknowledges jokingly that nobody would ask a “94-year-old woman” for a date.
As of now, viewers can look forward to hearing some love advice from Betty White, as Ms. Wilson of course, in Young and Hungry.
