Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s custody battle had been resolved, according to recent reports. The judge approved the ex-couple’s legal agreement and documents stated that the Tomb Raider actress got sole physical custody of their children. Moreover, an alleged source said that that the actor will be spending the holidays without his children.
It was said that Angelina Jolie rejected his request to spend Christmas with them. But another source said that the actor might be with his children if they decide to see him, but he will not be forcing them to do so if they do not want to.
Brad Pitt Limited to Therapeutic Visits
However, Brad Pitt will still have his therapeutic visitations in order to consider the best interest of the kids. The actor will also participate in an individual and group therapy on a weekly basis as well as in mandatory random drug and alcohol testing, which he volunteered himself to do. Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne, on the other hand, will continue to attend individual counseling.
Angelina Jolie filed for divorce in September after the alleged child abuse incident that happened on a private plane. Brad Pitt was accused of being verbally and physically abusive towards his eldest son, Maddox.
Since then, the actor had monitored visits with his children. With regards to the plane incident, the Department of Child and Family Services and FBI had closed their investigations. The 52-year-old actor had been cleared of child abuse accusations and no charges had been filed against him.

The 41-year-old actress has not left her children’s side since she filed for divorce. While recent reports said that the actress has an upcoming movie, First They Killed My Father, Jolie has been with her children the whole time to make sure they heal, resulting in the film taking a rather long time to complete.
